These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions operated by Asset Vault Competitions Ltd.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before entering any competition. By entering you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
These Terms & Conditions apply to all competitions operated by Asset Vault Competitions Ltd (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
2.1. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
2.2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
2.3. Employees, directors, agents, contractors of the Promoter, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competitions are excluded.
3. Competition Entry
3.1. Entry is via the Promoter’s website and closing dates & prices are displayed on the competition page.
3.2. All competitions currently require paid entry unless a free entry route is explicitly stated for that competition.
3.3. Multiple entries may be permitted where stated on the competition page.
3.4. No free postal entry is available at this time.
3.5. All entries must be complete and received before the stated closing date and time.
3.6. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms may be disqualified.
4. Winner Selection
4.1. Skill Test & Correct Entries: To enter, participants must answer the competition question correctly or as set out in the competition details.
4.2. Where more than one entrant answers correctly, winners will be chosen from all correct entries via a random draw.
4.3. If no entrant answers correctly, the winner will be the closest correct entry as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion.
4.4. All draws and selections are final.
5. Winner Notification and Claiming Prizes
5.1. The Promoter will attempt to notify the selected winner using the contact details provided upon entry.
5.2. The winner must respond and claim their prize within 48 hours of first notification. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited.
5.3. If unclaimed, at the Promoter’s discretion the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner drawn from the remaining eligible entries, or retained by the Promoter.
5.4. The Promoter is not responsible for communications lost due to incorrect contact details; entrants must ensure their contact information is accurate.
6. Prizes
6.1. Prizes consist of physical precious metal assets (e.g., silver, gold) as stated on the competition page.
6.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
6.3. Prizes are subject to availability and may vary in appearance from images or descriptions.
7. Prize Delivery & Storage
7.1. Winners may choose:
(a) Physical delivery to a UK address (the cost of which may be borne by the Promoter or winner as stated), or
(b) Secure storage with the Promoter under applicable storage terms.
7.2. The Promoter aims to deliver or enable prize fulfilment within a reasonable period, usually within 30 days of winner confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
8. Publicity
By entering, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, photo and town/county of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Data Protection
Personal data provided by entrants will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree to the use of their personal data for administration of the competition and prize fulfilment.
10. Refunds & Cancellations
10.1. All entries are final and entry fees are non-refundable once submitted.
10.2. The Promoter may extend, postpone, cancel or amend a competition if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or operational needs.
11. Liability
11.1. The Promoter is not liable for:
(a) Disruptions, technical failures or delays in transmission;
(b) Losses not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entry.
11.2. The Promoter’s total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the entry fee paid.
12. Fraud & Abuse
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, abuse of process, breach of these Terms, or tampering with the competition’s integrity.
13. Amendments
These Terms may be amended by the Promoter at any time; updated Terms will be effective when published on the website.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
